MEDICA ENT (Ear Nose Throat) INSTITUTE is the FIRST Ear Nose Throat institute in Eastern India and a unit of Medica Synergie Private Limited. This world class institute offers treatment for all aspects of ENT and related problems. As we are dedicated only to Ear Nose Throat and related disorders, we will be able to provide a focused and tailor made approach to all your ENT related problems.

Team ENT includes:

- Three ENT Surgeons (Dr NVK Mohan, Dr A Dasgupta and Dr. C Dutta) with long experience in United Kingdom, as well as in India. They have worked together for years abroad and worked as one team. Your problems will be discussed individually, and so you will benefit from the expertise of not one but three ENT consultants!

Dr. Chirajit Dutta
MBBS (Cal) FRCS-ENT (Edinburgh)

Dr. Dutta has trained and worked in UK for the last 13 years in centers like Royal National Thraot Nose and Ear Hospital, Queens Hospital, West Middlisex University Hospital, Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital. He has Practised medicine and ENT surgery for the last 16 years.

Dr. Arjun Dasgupta
MBBS (Cal) MRCS (Edinburgh) DOHNS ( London)

Dr. Dasgupta has trained and worked in UK for the last 12 years in centers like Royal National Thraot Nose and Ear Hospital, Queens Hospital, North Hampshire Hospital, Doncaster Royal Infirmary. His experience in practising medicine and ENT surgery spans over 15 years.

Dr. N. V. K. Mohan
MBBS (Cal) MS (ENT) MRCS (Edinburgh) DOHNS ( London)

Dr. Mohan has trained and worked in UK for the last 4 years in centers like Queens Hospital. Before going to UK, he was Asst. Professor of ENT in Kamineni Institute of MEdical Sciences and SVS Medical College and Hospital in Hyderabad. He has Practised medicine and ENT surgery for the last 16 years.

The three doctors have worked as a team for the last 4 years, pursuing common ideals, built on ethical practices. They now aim to use their collective strength to make a difference to lives in India.

-Nurses rigorously trained in all aspects of ENT management.
-Even NON – MEDICAL personnel of the ENT institute are trained in primary ENT care, and will be happy (and of course, competent) to help you in your questions. 

-All staff trained in Basic life saving procedures, such as Resuscitation training.
-Team members include Non ENT Consultants such as Neurologists, Ophthalmologists, Paediatricians and Allergy specialist. They will be there in our special ONE –STOP multidisciplinary clinics.
-Also a very important part of the team looking after you will be Audiologist, the speech therapists, the ENT trained physiotherapist and the dietician.
The primary aim of Team ENT is to gain your trust and we promise to provide you with a world class service, in terms of clinical care. Without gaining your confidence, it is very difficult, if not impossible, to treat your problems.
We believe that we cannot gain your confidence unless we provide transparency at every level, from clinics to billing. Almost always, you will be able to see what we see inside your ear, nose or throat, on our brand new LCD screens. We can promise that we will not do any procedure or operation, unless there are no alternatives.
Excellent staff quality is matched by state of the art equipments, in clinics as well as in Operating Theatre. 

For your convenience, we have designed SPECIAL ONE-STOP MULTIDISCIPLINARY CLINICS. This means that in a single clinic, you will be seen by an ENT consultant, as well as other consultants and specialists. Also provided will be the services of Physiotherapists, Audiologists etc.
Firstly, this will make it easier to reach a diagnosis and plan a treatment for you. You will be fully involved in the decision making process, if you would like to. Also, repeating the same investigation will be avoided.
Secondly, this will save you a lot of travel and trouble, as all this expertise and equipments will be available under one roof.
Thirdly, these clinics will be very cost effective as you would be meeting all these professionals together as compared to consulting them individually.

We are well aware that visiting a doctor is not usually a happy occasion. Neither is being admitted or having an operation. But we can promise that we will make you or your families visit or stay as pleasant as possible.
We (ENT SURGEONS in general) deal with cosmetic surgery, snoring and related problems, lumps and bumps in the head and neck region including thyroid and parotid operations. We remove tumours inside the head (Neuro Ear Surgery), do Botox injection for cosmetic and voice disorders etc. 
A child visiting the Paediatric Ear Nose Throat Clinic will be seen in a child friendly environment. They will have a

4. Speech assessment

Also, the children will have a Montessori trained play therapist to keep them happily occupied! Not only is this good for the child but it is good for the doctors, as a happy child is much easier to examine.
