Snoring and Sleep disorder Clinic

Majority of the adults snore. Men do snore more but women snore as well. It does have a relation with increasing age and obesity. Surprisingly, even a lot of children snore.
Some of the people who snore, choke during snoring, causing less oxygen to go to the brain causing sleep apnoea. Sleep apnoea, if left untreated, can give rise to blood pressure, heart problems and even obesity. Even without complication, sleep apnoea can cause daytime sleepiness, irritation, depression, accidents, erectile dysfunction etc.
